Privacy Policy

This policy explains what casperstatic (operated by Casper Leary) collects, why, who it's shared with, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect only what the Service needs.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and teammates you share a workspace with.
- What you give us: brand website addresses, ads and images you upload (Clone, Winners), keep/kill choices and the notes you write, and corrections to your brand profile.
- What we make for you: brand research, the brand profile and "brain", ad concepts and the finished ad images.
- Public website content: when you add a brand, we read that brand's public website and product catalog.
- Higgsfield connection: the sign-in tokens (or API key) that let us render on your Higgsfield account, stored encrypted.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive which pack you bought and whether it was paid; we never see or store your card details.
- Usage: batches you run, credits used, and the processing cost of each, so we can run billing and keep the Service working.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To run the Service (research, write and render your ads), to keep your account and credits accurate, to send emails you need (sign-in links, "your ads are ready", low-credit and account notices), to fix problems and prevent abuse, and to improve the Service. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who processes it
We rely on these services, each of which processes data only to provide its part of casperstatic:
- Anthropic (Claude): AI research and writing
- Higgsfield: image rendering, on your own account
- Supabase: database, sign-in and image storage
- Vercel: hosting
- Stripe: payments
- Resend: email delivery
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the Service (in which case this policy continues to apply).
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, brands, uploads and ads within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons (such as payment records).
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, or close your account, by emailing support@casperstatic.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor requests as those laws require. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit; Higgsfield credentials are also encrypted at rest. Access to your workspace is limited to you, your teammates, and our administrator for support. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account secure too.
Children
casperstatic is for businesses and people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let you know by email or in the Service before the change takes effect.
